Bladed Gauntlet
A lightweight gauntlet of black steel. It was found in the tower of Ithraides in the village of Wheldon in Deepingdale.
Formerly in the possession of Marcellus Waldgrave of Sembia, it was found in an unknown stream near the old dwarven stronghold of Khundrukar.
Description
The gauntlet, fitted for the right hand, is composed almost entirely of black steel, yet remains extremely light weight. Despite being composed of fitted plate, the ingenious interlocking nature of the articulation on the hand gives the gauntlet the feel of a chain mesh glove. The fingertips of the hand are slightly clawed, and very sharp, and pronounced mithril ridges run the length of the fingers, joining together at the back of the hand. The wrist guard, which runs nearly to the elbow, is subtly flared and bares stylized representations of swords, each etched with mithril seams.
